Linger turns private conversations and life-story interviews into structured memory: personas, reports, chats, biographies, and family memoirs.

Is chat the real person?

How does Linger protect private resources?

Private contacts, messages, relationship personas, relationship reports, Memoir projects, answers, and interview records must belong to an authorized account. URL IDs are not treated as security boundaries.

What improves persona quality?

More continuous chat history, clearer context answers, evidence review, and corrections improve the result. Short or scattered data creates a narrower profile.

What is Memoir?

Memoir is the life-story product line: guided interviews and AI follow-ups for personal or family memories. The current main output is structured interview records.

Is print fulfillment automatic?

Not yet. Print is currently documented as a placeholder or manual request path, not a completed vendor integration with shipping automation.

How are payments handled?

Current plans, prices, billing intervals, and usage allowances are shown on Pricing and at checkout. Grande and Venti renew automatically each month or year until cancellation; refund and manual-service rules follow the Terms of Service.

Is Linger a therapy or relationship diagnosis tool?

No. Linger organizes material for reflection and does not replace psychological, legal, medical, or financial advice.
